The Powell Peralta Andy Anderson Heron's Egg 8.7 Flight Skateboard Deck is an Andy Anderson Pro Model Twin Nose shape board with FLIGHT tech construction for reduced weight and increased strength. Features include a 301 profile shape and an 8.7 x 32.3 size with a 14.5 inch wheelbase.
Twin Nose - Twin Nose decks are completely symmetrical, meaning both front and back kicks are the exact same size, shape and angle.
FLIGHT - FLIGHT decks are stronger, thinner and lighter than a 7-ply. You'll get the feel of it in an hour or two and begin to realize you can do things riding a Flight deck that cannot be done on a 7-ply. Flight decks allow you to extend your limits, because they let you ollie higher, flip faster, do tricks more easily, and they don't break in two like a 7-ply.
All Powell FLIGHT decks are made at their factory located in Santa Barbara, California.
301 Shape - Nose and tail are wide and stubbed for predictable pop and comfortable footing and flicking. Deck is symmetrical and has egged rails for chip evasion when hitting the ground.
