Introduced in 2015, the Tipster is hands-down the Best Stewart Noseriding Longboard ever! Tested by team riders Tony Silvagni and Steven Newton, both of whom have been winning contests on it since Fall 2014. The Tipster has also been stylishly free surfed by our team on the East & West coasts. Bill Stewart calls it “Beyond Clean, Beyond Classic.” The nose concave creates lift and holds you in the pocket. The bottom is flat for insane trim speed, to carry you through the flats. The huge square tail has rocker you won’t believe till you see it! That extra tail kick makes turning easy and sets you up for endless nose rides!!! Use the included custom 9-10" center fin for hold while you chill on the nose! This one is 9'0" x 23" x 3"

For beginners, larger soft top surfboards or longboards (typically 8–9 feet) are best, that is assuming an average size adult. For smaller individuals surfboards in the 7-8 feet range would be ideal.  The larger surfboards provide stability and make it easier to catch waves. Waterboyz offers a variety of new surfboards designed for all skill levels.

Yes. Soft top surfboards are lightweight, safe, and more forgiving during falls, making them ideal for learning the basics of surfing.

While many new surfboards include surfboard fins, there are good selection of the more high end performance shortboards that do not come with fins.  Leashes are usually purchased separately. Waterboyz also stocks surf accessories so you can complete your setup in one place.
